Due to expectations of extreme heat and out of an abundance of caution for our players, referees, coaches, volunteers and fans, ALL Scrimmages for Saturday and Sunday are cancelled and WEIGH-INS will proceed as noted on the attached WEIGH-IN schedule NOT Scrimmage schedule.
NOTE: BOTH DAYS -- All teams scheduled from 915am - 3pm will follow as noted and teams after 3pm can come when it works for your ENTIRE TEAM between the times above.
Teams will ONLY weigh in as a TEAM and not individuals. IF you have paid for your scrimmage, refunds will be handled with your Org Leader.
If you are a team that is scheduled after 3p and are taking advantage of coming early, please be patient as several teams will weigh in at a time. Scheduled times will take priority.
